JULIEN CHARDON

Editor of TRAUMA. Julien is a freelance editor working in documentary, television and short fiction. This will be Julien & Jethro’s third collaboration

 

LENAÏG PERIOT

Costume Department. Lena sourced & styled the men’s outfits on Jethro’s 1920s jazz speakeasy clip “That’s It!”. Working in the wardrobe department on short films and features, she now has the onerous task of sourcing a hundred vintage factory outfits for this film

 

MAGDALENA PETROVIC

Production team. Magdalena is taking on the task of seeking production grants for Trauma, and will also be one of our behind-the-scenes photographers on set). She was TV journalist and producer of documentaries in Croatia (where she is member of the Croatian Producer’s Guild). Since 2010, she lives in Paris and works as a producer with independent filmmakers, film festivals and foreign film and TV crews

LAURE BAGNAUD

Laure will shoot and edit the making of Trauma. This project is as much about the work as the film itself, and so the making-of is absolutely central to our work. Laure is a student at Eicar film school

PERLE THARINGER

Social Media Consultant. Specialised in project management & strategy notably in film, tv, web and music, Perle currently works with Storycode, an group that explores innovation in trans-media and interactive documentary, and she’s lending her considerable expertise in the area to our project. Perle has collaborated with Jethro as an assistant director on the majority of his Paris fiction & music video work

AURELIE VALLEE

As script supervisor, Aurélie will be responsible for ensuring the film’s continuity, and recording daily progress during shooting; noting every detail about each shot, from which hand the actor used to pick up a pair of scissors, to the camera’s f-stop and the duration of each take. This part of the job takes on a special importance when shooting on film, ensuring we don’t over-shoot on our expensive film stock. Aurélie has worked as a script supervisor in film and television since 2008

 

RABHA BELKADI

Achivist & translation. Rabha is tasked with the goal of gathering and organising all the materials pertaining to the making of Trauma; photos, text, designs, storyboards, and gathering articles and videos related to the themes of the film. She is also responsible for ensuring as much as possible is translated so it is accessible to French and English audiences. Rabha has a degree in cinema at Paris 8, has studied English language and civilisation, and is now studying philosophy

SARA VERHAGEN

TRAUMA Consultant. Sara is a multilingual actress, writer and director (she speaks 7 languages). Her first film as a director (which she also starred in) won numerous awards in festivals around the world, and she is currently in post-production for her second short “Mi Casa, Su Casa”
